三、价钱与费用

Daycare的价差极大，要记得的一点是高价位不等于高质量，为你的宝贝选一间好的Daycare也未必要花大钱不可，在加拿大并没有公立的Daycare centre，所有的前龄前托育都是私立或私人成立，机构大一些的通常会称自己是Montessori School或Daycare Centre等，优点是通常会拥有执照，按照政府严格的标准，经常会有政府人员检查安全及清洁，而且有固定的教室和受过专业训练的老师；缺点是因小朋友的人数比较多因而老师们重视纪律性及缺乏灵活性，无法顾及每个孩子不同的适性，而且价钱比较昂贵。而私人开设的Daycare，通常称Home Daycare或Family Daycare，地点是在家中，优点是五人以内的小班，老师／保姆很多是本身已经是妈妈，实务多于理论，重视与孩子间的亲蜜连系，价格较廉宜；缺点是部份的私人Daycare清洁和安全程度不佳，而且没有相关的育儿执照。

通常是如何计价？

父母应该做的是什么：一般来说Home Daycare/Family Daycare的均价是30——45／天，Daycare centre的均价是45——60／天，多在网上查查价格等资料，听听亲友的口碑。

什么时候付款？

是不是Montessori或Learning Centre、多国语言的Daycare，才是最好？

1. 教会学校
